Staff report dated January 10, 2023, recommending that Zone Amending Bylaw No. 7899-2022, to rezone from RS-1 (Single Detached Residential) to RM-2 (Medium Density Apartment Residential) to permit the construction of a six-storey residential apartment building, be given first reading and that the applicant provide further information as outlined in the report.
